1-Prepare correspondence on behalf of staff in the Unit.
2-Operate telephone equipment and unit communication devices
3- Responsible in controlling the incoming and outgoing documentation process and maintaining files.

7- Update and monitor attendance and monthly payroll of Staff in the Unit.
8-Skilled in operating ( TAS) Time Attendance System

10- Skilled in handling (HIS ) Healthcare Information System.
11-Manage staff planning in the Unit for annual leave and monitoring of staff leave balances.
12- Enters information into computer system. Stores, retrieves and updates files. Completes information analysis for procedures and reports.
13- Monitored office supplies and reordered when needed.
14-Coordinates various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management.
15- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories.
16-Translate and interpret instruction to in-patients in the unit

18- Organize Patient's medical records.
